The Geological Association of Luxembourg (AGL) has organised this 15-november 2025 several conferences in the facilities of the Museum of the Slate Mine in Martelange.
The conferences of the day were the following (in different languages):
- Cartographie géologique de l’Éislek (Prof. Dr Ir Léon Dejonghe, GSB)
- Généralités sur les cartes géologiques du Luxembourg (Robert Colbach, Serv Geol Luxembourg)
- Geothermie-Projekt Schiefergrube Rombach
- Mesures du radon en galerie souterraine
The conferences were followed by a field visit of the surface facilities and the underground slate mine at -42 m and 300 stairs.
