Geosciences supporting policy in combatting climate change!
In its mission to drastically reduce carbon emission, the EU Net Zero Industry Act (NZIA) supports storage of CO2 in the deep subsurface. Drawing on its long-standing CCS expertise, the GSB, together with the regional authorities, yearly reports on Belgian storage possibilities and geological data availability to the European Commission.
