On the occasion of the 125th anniversary of the Geological Survey of Belgium, we are proud to present the book “Small and great stories of the Geological Survey of Belgium” (biligual Dutch and French – not in English!).
The GSB has a rich history, and with this book of about 300 pages we want to highlight various aspects: from the events that led to its foundation in 1896, the various mapping campaigns and other remarkable achievements, to the age of digitization and housing problems.
This book was presented at the GSB125 event on June 9, 2022 at the RBINS, and is now for sale at the GSB. For ordering, please contact gsb@naturalsciences.be
